In order to use Baby Connect you are required to register for an account, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to baby-connect.com. This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for the Service. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your IP address, full user name, password, email address, kids name and gender, and other information that you decide to provide us with.
Once your account exists, you have the ability to review, update and correct your personal information, in the event it changes.
If you contact us by email through the Site, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you.
Baby Connect will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, Baby Connect discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when Baby Connect believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Baby Connect, or the public at large. If you are a registered user of Baby Connect and have supplied your email address, Baby Connect may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Baby Connect and our products.
If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Baby Connect takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
Cookies are small files sent to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. Baby Connect sets a cookie when a new user registers. This cookie allows us to recognize you as an existing user when you return to the site using the same computer and web browser, which means you do not have to sign-in at every visit.
This site takes reasonable steps to protect personally identifiable information as you transmit it to our site and to protect such information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data is yours. You can remove it anytime you want. When you request us to delete your account for the Service, your data will be permanently expunged from our production servers and further access to your account will not be possible. If you are the only caregiver linked to a child profile, all data for the child will also be removed. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for account deletion.
